Signed-in email, settlement or quote identifier from the desk, asset and side, and a short description. For a funded escrow that will not release, use the Arbitration Process rather than a generic ticket.
Hours
Matching is quoted when the desk is up. Human review of support and compliance mail is during Los Angeles business hours, next business day on weekends and U.S. federal holidays.
