Code of Conduct

Trident Markets Group LLC runs an off-book desk for size. The desk works only if counterparties stay anonymous to each other and if quotes are honest.

Required

Deal in good faith. Fund escrow from the bound wallet. Meet quote size and side as accepted. Keep HodlHodl and Zyphe processes free of false statements. Treat support and compliance staff as a regulated desk, not a chat room.

Prohibited

Do not attempt to identify, contact, or intimidate a counterparty outside the hashed label the desk provides. Do not spoof, layer, or request quotes you cannot settle. Do not structure size to evade reporting. Do not use the desk while sanctioned or to move criminal proceeds. Do not abuse, threaten, or socially engineer staff.

Enforcement

Violations can end in refused quotes, frozen matching, account closure, and referral to HodlHodl, Zyphe, or competent authorities. Funded 2-of-3 contracts remain with HodlHodl.
