Acceptable Use Policy

Effective 17 September 2026.

This policy applies to every Trident host operated by Trident Markets Group LLC, including the desk, knowledgebase, support portal, and published Grok hosts.

You may

Sign in, bind a wallet you control, complete Zyphe CIP, request and accept firm quotes, fund and co-sign HodlHodl 2-of-3 settlement, and read legal and help pages.

You may not

Probe, scrape, or load-test the desk without written permission. Circumvent KYC, session, or wallet-bind gates. Inject, fuzz, or reverse private APIs. Host malware. Use the service to launder, ransom, sanction-evade, or child-exploit. Attempt to map internal hosts, keys, or staff identities. Impersonate Trident Markets Group LLC, HodlHodl, or Zyphe.

Automated access

Bots and scripts against matching, quotes, or settlement require a written integration grant. Unauthorised automation is an Acceptable Use violation even if it uses a valid session.
