These terms govern access to the Trident Markets desk and related sites at tridentmarkets.net, operated by Trident Markets Group LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company with its principal place of business in Los Angeles, California and incorporation in Casper, Wyoming. Use of any Trident host, including published Grok hosts, is use of the desk.

The service

Trident is a non-custodial matching and settlement-coordination desk. It does not take possession of digital assets, does not operate a public order book, and does not guarantee a fill. Firm quotes expire. A Bitcoin match is settled in a 2-of-3 P2WSH address issued by HodlHodl on Bitcoin. The dollar leg is a wire, not a second chain. Trident does not open a cross-chain swap, a bridge, or a wrapped-asset escrow. The keys are held by the two counterparties and by HodlHodl as independent arbitrator. Trident is not a signer and never holds a key in the descriptor.

Eligibility

You must complete identity verification through Zyphe, bind a wallet you control, and not be a sanctioned person or acting for one. You represent that you have authority to transact and that funds are not the proceeds of crime.

No advice

Nothing on the desk is an offer to buy or sell securities, a solicitation, or investment, legal, or tax advice. The desk coordinates non-custodial matching and settlement only.

Keys and signatures

You never send Trident a private key. Public keys and addresses are hashed with SHA3-512. Application-layer signatures are commitments, not Bitcoin transaction signatures. On-chain release requires two of the three keys in the HodlHodl descriptor.

Limitation

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Trident Markets Group LLC is not liable for market movement, failed broadcasts, chain congestion, counterparty default, or loss of keys. Digital assets can go to zero.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Settlement disputes follow the Arbitration Process.
